Perforated Facades

The facade of a building is its signature and the way it presents itself to the world. The design of the facade of a building is like wrapping a gift, it means there are an infinite number of options to explore. All the projects presented here have in common the fact that they have a perforated facade, but none are similar. Take this shop for example. It is located in Sao Paulo and was designed by SuperLimao Studio. The team chose to transform an old building. To do this, the windows of the building were replaced by large openings on the facade. A honeycomb pattern was created using hexagonal metal panels.
